Service and Support
All ulrich Injectors are supplied with 12 months warranty, cover can then be continued by purchasing a service contract.
Our service phone line provides access to technical staff who will discuss the issue and provide a first-line of support. A service call will then be organised if the problem can not be resolved, and a hot-swap injector service is available for issues that can not be resolved with minimal onsite time (dependant on service contract level).
Annual servicing and service calls are performed by our experienced ISO9001 Accredited team of service technicians. Annual PM servicing includes a full technical safety check of the injector as well as software upgrades and thorough device cleaning, to ensure your device is always working to the optimum level.
Clinical applications phone support is available to all customers, by highly trained clinical staff.
CamHealth offer industry-leading applications support and training during trials and installations, to ensure your staff are well trained in the day-to-day use, as well as the vast clinical benefits of their ulrich injector.
All ulrich certified consumables have full certifications, and are available to purchase directly through the CamHealth online ordering portal.

Service, Maintenance and Toners
We can manage your printers so that the servicing process is simple and toner ordering is seamless.
We utilise Cloud-based Fleet Monitoring Services that allow us to perform rapid remote maintenance and Toner replenishment to our customers devices. Our monitoring system allows our service team to view device status, quickly and easily identify and respond to issues and undertake key maintenance tasks, all from our central location. Here the power of remote maintenance can be truly applied By removing reactivity in service support and introducing proactivity.
Improving customer efficiency by avoiding customer visits, improving customer satisfaction by introducing lightning fast reaction and resolution times. CamHealth utilises this ultra-modern tool to take service support to another level.
Our DICOM print server also has remote access capabilities. This allows us to diagnose and often rectify print and quality issues without an onsite visit. We are also able to set up redundancy (for sites with multiple printers) in cases where downtime is unavoidable. This ensures that uptime is maximised.
CamHealth offer a range of stationary and paper consumables at very competitive prices to complement our print solutions. These can be ordered through our online ordering portal, and we are often able to source products even if they are not shown on the portal.
